You’ve probably tried a lot of things like changing jobs or relationships, moving, maybe you’ve tried medications, or other therapists. Nothing sticks, things haven’t worked.

For more than 20 years I have worked with all sorts of folks who come because they’ve been suffering for too long. I take an approach that is supportive but challenging, inquisitive, creative, and warm. We work together to identify the habitual patterns that define your suffering and learn to practice softening them, making space for a life defined by what you value rather than what you wish to avoid. Make space to care for what you care about. Make space to breathe and be. I work with the expectation that things will change for you. I hope you expect that, too. It takes practice, but practice is where all hope lies. Be ready to do some work; gentle, effective, committed work.
