Sometimes counseling or therapy are not in order. We can struggle to connect, focus, communicate and fulfill a potential or a longing and it can be entirely separate from suffering and healing. Sometimes we simply need to grow. Mindfulness coaching, alone or in conjunction with therapy and counseling, can help begin or fortify an established practice of mindfulness; reduce stress; connect mindfulness practice to various areas of living to improve communication, presence, intentionality and well-being; address habitual patterns that get in the way of important relationships or pursuits; and increase self-awareness for improved relationships with self and others.
